Hi Folks,Iam queen of vegetables (CARROT).Sleek and Smart with orange beautiful body full of vitamins but I do not look gaudy.You can cut me and use in jam ,pickle and juice.I am full of fibres,vitamins and minerals.I am good source of Vitamin A.I am good for your eyes if you do not want to wear the specs so consume me a lot and do not put me in bin.
